The University of Vermont Alumni House was built in 1892 and is 18,000 square feet. Recently a 2,600 square foot addition was put on and we were hired to do the landscaping. These clients had existing precast steps leading to their home that were pushing down on their walkway which caused it to crack and lift up. We got rid of and replaced the problem steps and redid the walkway. Now they have an entryway with smooth stone and clean lines that is more welcoming to visitors....READ MORE
