Sometimes it’s hard to tell with week to week updates just how much progress we are making, but if you look back to where we started, you’ll see how much we’ve done! This was a beautiful house with amazing views, but it sat on top of a barren hill. Our job was to make the landscape just as grand as the home with the installation of planting beds, granite pavers, a swimming pool, wet bar, waterfall, patio, outdoor kitchen and more! In about three weeks this project will be done and we’re all very excited to see everything come together!
This Morrisville home is complete! You might think it looks good now, but next year around this time when the plants have had a chance to grow and the grass is done coming in it will look even better! We put plants all around the back of the house and along one side, installed a swimming pool with coping, and put in a patio that goes right up to two existing decks and the new pool house. The pool is equipped with a Pentair Easy Touch system, an Intellichlor which uses salt instead of chemicals, an Intellichem which monitors and controls the pool’s pH and sanitizing levels and a Delta UV Sanitizer. Now the owner's can relax in the pool on a hot day and enjoy their amazing views!
Our crew has finished work at this St. Johnsbury home! The landscape is complete with planting beds, a patio, a walkway, and oh, did we mention a giant waterfall?! These clients can now enjoy dinner on their patio while listening to the calming sounds of water falling down shelves of rocks into a retention pond.
This customer had a 20-year-old landscape that was not well maintained and had failing masonry work. We installed a mortared core wall that will last for hundreds of years, an expansive patio for entertaining friends and family and a 300,000BTU fire pit for roasting marshmallows and taking the chill out of the cool Vermont evenings.
Our crews are currently constructing a massive waterfall, patio and planting beds at this St. Johnsbury home. The waterfall cascades down into a small retention pond not far from the natural cleft bluestone patio. Planting beds surround both the patio and house which will allow for a pop of color against the grays of the stone.
With the addition of a wood or gas burning outdoor fireplace or fire pit you can extend the season by taking the chill out of cooler spring and fall evenings. It is important to place the fire feature properly in the design and choose a size that is suitable for the space. This residential masonry project in Charlotte, Vermont has a massive fireplace that’s 300,000 BTU’s! The project also includes fieldstone landings and steps with bluestone treads, over 1,000 square feet of thermal bluestone patio, and more than 100 square feet of fieldstone wall with custom flamed caps!
